Ordering and contract

Prices and payment
Catalog pricing appears in GBP and includes required VAT. Shipping costs calculate at checkout prior to transaction approval. Settlement options: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Should a clerical pricing inaccuracy occur, we will inform you prior to dispatch so you can validate the adjusted total or abort the purchase.

Transfer of risk
Consignments remain our liability until the freight operator delivers them to you or your designated recipient at the specified location. At handover, risk regarding loss or damage shifts entirely to you. Any apparent external freight damage must be documented with the courier upon arrival and reported to our team within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
Goods remain returnable within 30 days of physical arrival in accordance with our return guidelines. All items supplied by Maestro Pantry Ltd. conform to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for culinary purpose. Shelf-stable food items are guaranteed fresh until their labeled best-before date under appropriate domestic storage conditions.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Maestro Pantry Ltd. for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed £100.00 or the total monetary sum paid by the customer for the order in question, whichever amount is greater. No clause within these terms restricts statutory liability that cannot be waived under prevailing legislation.
Age and use
Shoppers must reach a minimum of 18 years of age to submit an order. Store provisions are intended solely for standard culinary consumption per packaging guidelines and do not constitute clinical or medical guidance.
Governing law and disputes
The laws of England and Wales govern these Terms of Service. Any dispute arising from these terms or purchase agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct contact, the competent court at the seller's registered seat has jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protection laws in your home country.
